For 1 oz spray you need total of 35 drops pure essential oils Orange, Rosemary, Sweet Basil, Peppermint, 10 ml Witch Hazel and distilled water, 1 oz UV protecting glass bottle and pipet.
In 1 oz spray bottle put 10 drops Orange, 10 drops Rosemary, 8 drops Sweet Basil, 7 drops Peppermint and 10ml Witch Hazel. Shake well and add distilled water. Shake well again, keep it in a dark, cool place.
Spray on the back of the neck, chest, wrists, pulse points before going to school or studying. Do not apply close to eyes or anywhere on the face.
You can order ready to use spray bottle 1 oz, roll-on bottle 0.33 oz, diffusing blend 5 ml, or pocket size inhaler.
With a full DIY spray kit, you get free UV glass spray bottle, 10 ml Witch Hazel and pipet.
