Sweet Sleep Kit, safe for kids
For 1 oz spray you need total of 35 drops pure essential oils Lavender, Roman Chamomile, 10 ml Witch Hazel and distilled water, 1 oz UV protecting glass bottle and pipet.
In 1 oz spray bottle put 20 drops Lavender, 15 drops Roman Chamomile and 10ml Witch Hazel. Shake well and add distilled water. Shake well again, keep it in a dark, cool place.
Spray on the back of the neck, chest, feet, wrists, pulse points, on the pillow and night clothes. Do not apply on eyes or anywhere on the face.
You can order ready to use spray bottle 1 oz, roll-on bottle 0.33 oz, diffusing blend 5 ml, or pocket size inhaler.
With a full DIY spray kit, you get free UV glass spray bottle, 10 ml Witch Hazel and pipet. DIY kit can make 5-6 refills.
