For 1 oz spray you need total of 35 drops pure essential oils Peppermint, Lemon, Rosemary, 10 ml Witch Hazel and distilled water, 1 oz UV protecting glass bottle and pipet.
In 1 oz spray bottle put 15 drops Lemon, 12 drops Rosemary, 8 drops Peppermint and 10ml Witch Hazel. Shake well and add distilled water. Sake well again, keep it in a dark, cool place.
Spray on the back of the neck, chest, wrists, pulse points. Do not apply on eyes or anywhere on the face.
You can order ready to use spray bottle 1 oz, roll-on bottle 0.33 oz, diffusing blend 5 ml, or pocket size inhaler.
With a full DIY spray kit, you get free UV glass spray bottle, 10 ml Witch Hazel and pipet.
DIY kit can make 7-8 refills.
